Emotional Intelligence I.

A 3 hours-long experiential workshop in a small group of 14 people aimed at giving you the basic tools, framework and experience you need for grasping the emotional reality of everyday life that will lead you to continually increasing Authentic Self-Expression, Confidence, and Awareness.

Workshop Overview

Feeling defines the result.

Your feelings determine the level of your performance - whether at sports, at work, in communication, relationship, self-confidence, authentic self-expression or raising children.

93% of communication is non-verbal and is subconsciously driven by the current feeling.

Awareness of your own and others' emotions is the very basis for the successful communication, handling the discomfort in life and developing any relationship in life - whether professional or personal.

We are entering the age of automation, robotization and Artificial Intelligence.

Emotional Intelligence is the #1 skill of the future and it will be the distinguishing factor between the average and the extraordinary.

Workshop Content

  • Experience the difference between proactive and reactive (subconscious) feeling and find out how you can make the feeling conscious so it does not control your behavior.

  • Experience the reactive tension in your body and learn how to ground it and relax to get more control over your body and any real-life situation.

  • Discover what your current techniques are for working with the emotions and learn the basics of the Releasing technique that allows you to let go of any emotion.

  • Experience and learn about the interpretations of the most common emotions for more understanding of your everyday life situations, especially outside your comfort zone.

  • Find out more about the Flow - a high-performance, low-effort, hyper-focused state - that elite performers use to get top results and experience it during the workshop

"If you are tuned out of your own emotions, you will be poor at reading them in other people."

-Luke Davis

Who is it for: examples

You feel really low and you try to hide my anger, shame or guilt, any activity will be extremely exhausting. The effort made to hide the seemingly negative emotions will take away all the capacity to focus on the real task at hand.

You feel a lot of grief but you are resistant to its acceptance or expression, you might use anger as a way to protect your sadness from being released. Your environment sees you as angry, but deep inside you feel sad. This is very common for men with social conditioning of boys-don't-cry attitude.

You do goal setting, but the process itself is frustrating and you expect the goals to fail already. It takes extreme effort to work on the tasks and eventually achieve only limited results.

The Workshop Goals

- Bust the myths that slow down the development of the individuals and the companies

- Provide a practical insight into the emotions for using in everyday professional and personal life

- Create a basis for working with the Releasing technique for managing the "negative" emotions

- Learn to perceive the subtle tension in your body to notice the emotional stress and transform it into the high-performing Flow state

The Ultimate Goal of the Emotional Intelligence

You perceive not only the information you receive but also the underlying emotions. Because of that, you can react not only to what a person SAYS but also what they MEAN. You are aware of your internal state and you therefore can communicate clearly and with integrity.

You do the goal-setting in a way that stirs up positive emotions like Courage, Acceptance, Joy or Love and the way to achieve the goals is naturally appealing and requires much lower effort compared to when you have to push through the resistance of the negative emotions.

You have self-confidence in your ability to face and process any emotion.

"All learning has an emotional base."
